Using the microwave for the first time it was making noise when spinning up to speed and when turning off. The repair technician from the local repair company contracted for the work diagnosed it as a problem with the fan motor. We're still waiting to get a status on the parts order after about a week. Then several days later there was a popping sound from the bottom of the oven door when opened and now have submitted a second service request. Hopefully this is not a sign of what to expect of our Frigidaire experience going forward.

We recently installed this new oven with a built-in microwave, and it has been a wonderful upgrade. The old ovens were not working properly, so this was much needed. It cooks evenly, heats up quickly, and since we love to cook, it makes our everyday cooking so much easier.

25 years ago we remondeled our kithen, already had appliances that looked so, so against the hickory cabinets we ordered. Upon installing this wall oven combo, it makes the cabinets look great. After reading the manual and using the unit it has taught this old dog an eye-opening adventure. Love how things have cooked and going to adventure on to other recipets.

This combo oven / microwave is very sleek and minimal looking. I like how much it fits in my kitchen and does not distract from my other stainless appliances. My only complaint is that the size of the microwave is pretty small. This combo was a replacement for another brand / model oven / microwave combo and my previous microwave was much larger.

This combo Microwave oven is the only appliance in my kitchen (all new appliances) that hasn™™t broken on mez it™™s been awesome. This sounds weird but I™™ve never used a stronger microwave, I™™m adjusting my usual times for reheating foods. The oven is fantastic, quick to heat up, holds temperature great, and the touch screen is super responsive. I wasn™™t sure if the touch screen interface would be laggy like some car dashboards but it is super quick and easy to use. Overall very happy in the first 3 months.

We recently purchased a new combo micro/oven as the centerpiece for our brand new kitchen remodel. It is three inches wider than our previous oven and a little deeper. The microwave is also larger. Each unit is working perfectly and the stainless steel matches the rest of our appliances. When I was a kid in the 60s. my parents swore by this brand. Now I see why!

We've had our new micro/oven combo for a few weeks and we are very happy with it. The microwave is very quiet. The oven very large and seems to heat up in a reasonable amount of time. The stainless steel finish is prone to fingerprints but that isn't unreasonable considering there are children in my house. They wipe off easily. There was a mechanical offgassing smell with the first few uses but it is dissipating with each use. Overall we are very happy with our new oven.

Closed on a new house 10/24. New appliance microwave-combo unit installed into a kitchen cabinet. The microwave vibrates loudly at random times. We have recorded several video proof and provided Frigidaire and their repair techs with this evidence. Over the span of 6 months, Frigidaire has refused to replace the unit but instead pays local technicians to come to our house to fiddle with the unit. After about 6 service appointments, the technicians have not been able to fix the issue. The techs from GoldStar Appliance and Sears refuse to tell Frigidaire that the unit needs to be replaced. Each visit the technicians collect $200-300 for wasting our time. Frigidaire is fully committed to paying for these failed repair visits until our warranty has run out.

Great oven,microwave combination. I needed a microwave that I could easily reach and operate. This model has a door that opens to the side and not down like an oven door.. may look better but not as functional. Also all instructions on this unit light up and are easy to reach and operate. Extremely pleased with this combination, looks and operation. Never had a Frigidaire oven, but gave it a try as it covered my needs. Just needed a good quality oven and microwave. Microwave is very quiet and heats quickly. Excellent choice, excellent products.

We had to replace our 30" GE microwave oven combination. We looked at GE, Samsung, Hotpoint, and LG 30" models. All of them had the microwave door open by pulling down from the top - we could not imagine having to reach over another 12" to put and take out heated food. Then we discovered the Frigidaire door swung open just like we have been used to and that made the sale, PLUS the Frigidaire WAS NOT MADE IN CHINA!!!

We needed a new combo unit, but everything at the store had no express cook for the microwave and some you had to press and turn several times to get them going. Also, the doors would flip down and be in the way of loading it. I had to search the internet, and this was the only one I could find with a normal microwave. It is also real quiet and gets the food hot fast. We are happy with it, our old combo unit also had a normal microwave, so we couldn't find anything at the store to match it for quite a while.

Everything is terrific. Oven setting process is really good and the microwave does the best job on my popcorn ever. Only change is I would like to see pull open handle on microwave door rather than mechanical pushbutton. On our previous microwave the pushbutton failed after 20 years.

We really like this oven microwave combo. Unit installed perfectly and powered up just fine. We love the microwave, it™™s more powerful than our old microwave oven (1100 watts versus 900 watts). The microwave volume looks small but it™™s deep so can fit pretty big items in there. The oven works great, love the display panel and the ability to customize the cook. I wish it had a built-in temperature probe though. Really happy that everything worked perfect for our Thanksgiving Turkey and all the fixings
