I set up a delivery time and installation but never received any updates on the delivery day. I decided to call in to find out the status of my purchase just to find out that my item was on back order and they suggested I cancel the order. I then call back because the Agent didnt sound that confdent on competant to give me any straight answers only to find out that the appliance is in stock but apparently since i cancelled I have to reorder the item. Now that is what I call unprofessional. No care was given at all when dealing with my case. They stated they could cancel the refund but regardless The item wouldnt be installed until a far more later date which means they had no intention on installing on the date they originally stated and no real status updates to provide. What a waste of time and energy. Here I thought it would be better to buy from the source. BAD IDEA Great appliances bad business. Maybe reconsider your name now? LGLMBAIWGAD LIFE MIGHT BE AIGHT IF WE GAVE A DAAMN Thanks for the GASLIGHTING 0 STARS

Buyer Beware

I read the other 1-star reviews and thought that we would be ok due to living in a large metro area. This item has sat uninstalled in my kitchen for 2 weeks so I will review the experience. The last mile delivery company is RXO and they sent the installation team without the proper parts. After multiple failed reschedule attempts RXO claims LG never sent them the installation parts. RXO takes no responsibility and LG support has no information or ability to help. I have no idea when this will complete installation and recommend avoiding LG for any items that require installation.

I bought a gas range fridge microwave and dishwasher bundle when I redid my kitchen 2 years ago. In the last 6 months I have had to replace a flickering control panel on my microwave the condenser fan motor on my fridge and now the control panel on my range has elements that are not working. I thought LG was supposed to be quality. I will never buy this brand again.

This range is far superior in every respect to the Frigidaire Gallery gas range I had from new in my last home. The burners are larger and maintain heat much better. The oven heats up quicker and cooks much more evenly. I couldnt be happier.

Broken unfixable pile of trash. Avoid at any cost

Broken from delivery. Even had it replaced due to the issues - replacement had the same factory defects. By far the worst most frustrating range Ive ever owned. Do not buy 1. Buttons dont work. LG acknowledges this as a known issue. My clock is never correct because the cook time/clock button doesnt press and neither does the start time/settings button - you can imagine that has caused some huge issues. 2. The igniter went out right after my warranty expired. This is also a known issue with this range model the repairman wasnt even surprised. 3. The board went bad soon after that. Its more expensive to fix than this trash oven is worth. It trips my breakers refuses to heat and gives me a massive headache. If you only want a great 5-burner stove great But if you plan on using your oven ever DO NOT BUY LG. Literally Garbage

I purchased a Refrigerator which I love and a range which I am now hating. It was to be Easy Clean however that feature does not work and LG does not want to hear it. This model range which I was not aware of at the time of purchase only came with Easy Clean so now that I would like to keep clean I cannot because the feature does not work and LG cannot tell me HOW it can be CLEANED.

Did not live up to my expectations

The heating element/temperature settings failed after about a year. The oven temperature fluctuates constantly and can drop 150* in a matter of minutes causing uneven cooking times and poorly baked items. My attempts to find a solution contacting LG have not been successful. I replaced all of my appliances at the same time with LG appliances and the range is the only one to give me any trouble. Of course the warranty no longer applies so I have to find someone in my fairly remote area that can repair this oven..and hope that it works.

Oven temperature fluctuates

I replaced my existing kitchen appliances almost 2 years ago with LG products. I have to admit that I am very disappointed in the range. The oven temperature started fluctuating about 2 months ago. I went through all of the trouble shooting recommendations and nothing has worked. I will set the temp at 375 and once it indicates that it has reached the temperature it almost immediately starts to drop. The oven can go from 375 to 165 in a matter of minutes and it is impossible to get it reset properly. I have had many cakes and other baked goods ruined because of the temperature fluctuations. I called the LG customer service line and was really offered no assistance other than to call a repair person. I have used gas ranges in the past and because of my rural location I have propane gas in my home. The propane fittings were installed by a licensed plumber and things worked fairly well up until a few months ago. I am a little frustrated as I dont exactly know what the problem is. So far the dishwasher and refrigerator have worked perfectly. Of course the problems with the range started right after the warranty period ended.

I use the stove burners daily and the oven works very well. Im so glad I made the choice to go with LG. For those who dont believe you can fall in love with a stove. Yes you can. I did.

I havent had a new stove since 1998. I went from store to store trying to find a stove that I liked. Stoves have certainly come a long way since 1998. I did some kitchen remodeling and decided to buy a new stove. This LG is absolutely perfect. The color of the oven is blue which I have never seen before. The burners and the oven work well so far. I love this oven and Im glad I made the purchase.

We purchased a bundle of lg products refrigerator gas stove microwave and dishwasher the refrigerator stopped working after a year unrepairable the microwave display flickers and doesnt display the numbers and now our stove is doing the same thing. 2 years old what an absolute embarrassment that their coverage is only 1 year .
